This policy explains what information this website collects and what we do with it. "We" means Lemon Law Lawyers California, a practice of Setyan Law APC.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. When you fill out a case review form, we receive your name, phone number, email address, the details you enter about your vehicle and its repairs, your preferred language, and the page you sent the form from. Our hosting provider also records basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
This site does not currently use advertising trackers. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.
How we use it
We use your information to review your possible claim, contact you about it, and keep a record of the request. We may contact you by phone, text message, or email. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the firm except service providers that help us run the website and deliver email, who may use it only for that purpose.
Sending us information is not confidential yet
Contacting us through this website does not create an attorney-client relationship. Until we agree in writing to represent you, please don't send anything you need kept confidential. Basic facts about your vehicle and its repairs are fine.
How long we keep it
We keep case review requests for as long as we need them to respond to you, handle any case that follows, and meet our legal and professional record-keeping duties.
Your California privacy rights
California residents may ask us what personal information we hold about them, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the exceptions the law allows. To make a request, call us at the number on this site or use the contact form and tell us what you need. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the bottom of the page shows the latest version.
